Politique de remboursement

Si toutefois un article ne convient pas, ComVivo devra être prévenu par courriel dans les 48 heures suivant la réception du colis, en indiquant si possible le motif. Le ou les articles devront être renvoyés correctement emballés et protégés, et à vos frais dans les 8 jours ouvrés suivants.  Si le produit est intact, nous recèderons au remboursement ou à l'échange (chaque pièce étant unique, vous pourrez échanger avec un autre modèle). Le remboursement est effectué par virement dans les 48 heures suivant la réception. En cas de litige, le tribunal de St Malo sera seul compétent.

If an item is unsuitable, ComVivo must be notified by e-mail within 48 hours of receipt of the parcel, stating the reason if possible. The item(s) must be returned correctly packaged and protected, at your expense, within 8 working days. If the product is intact, we will refund or exchange it (each item being unique, you will be able to exchange it with another model). Refunds are made by bank transfer within 48 hours of receipt. In the event of litigation, the court of St Malo will be only qualified.
